2012 Pinot Noir, Sun Chase Vineyard

Made by Winemaker Frederic Delivert and aged entirely in French oak barrels, this wine brings out incredible depth and spice. It is complex, with a layered nose that offers aromas of red fruit, Asian spices, a hint of orange and restrained minerality. There is a generous mouth-feel with a soft, seamless texture. Abundant red fruit with predominate pomegranate notes are lifted up by good acidity. The finish is long and intense, with notes of sweet vanilla.
